[divided by a white saltire into blue(hoist and fly) with a white
capital “P” each and red(top and bottom)]

The flag is divided by a white saltire into blue(hoist and fly) with a white capital “P” each and red(top and bottom). This flag might be fictional. I saw it in a German soap opera “Der Kapitän”, broadcasted on 20th February on ZDF, Germans 2nd TV. The ship cruised from some South African port, maybe Durban, northbound to the coast of Somalia. The ship’s name was “Africana” and the ship had a red funnel with a ring (blue-black-white-yellow).

The flag is neither on our South African pages nor on the German ones. As it is common in German soap operas to display ships of real companies, e.g. OPDR or Deilmann, I can’t be sure, that it is in the end a flag of a real company.
